Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Coventry, a Dubai-based real-estate brokerage and the master broker for Mira Developments. Contact: hello@coventry.ae, +971 56 4444 654, Dubai Hills Estate, Park Heights Square 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. What the forms collect

Every enquiry form on this site — the callback, reserve, presentation, consultation and floor-plan request forms — collects the same three fields:

• Name — required.
• Phone number — required, stored in international (E.164) format together with the country you selected.
• Email address — optional. If you leave it blank, nothing is stored.

We do not ask for, and the forms cannot submit, any other personal information.

3. What is recorded alongside your enquiry

• Which form you used, and the project the page relates to.
• The address of the page you submitted from, and the referring address your browser supplied (for example, the search engine or advertisement you arrived through).
• The language version of the site you submitted from.
• Campaign tags present in the page address — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content — and the advertising click identifiers gclid and fbclid, where present.
• A short request reference generated for the page, used to attribute enquiries that reach us over WhatsApp.
• Your consent selections, the exact wording of the statements you agreed to in the language they were shown to you in, and the date and time you agreed to them.

4. Automatic country detection

So that the phone field shows the right country and dial code before you type, your IP address is sent to one of two third-party lookup services — country.is or ipapi.co. Only a two-letter country code is returned, and the result is held in your browser for the rest of the session. We do not store your IP address as part of the enquiry. If the lookup fails for any reason the field simply defaults to the United Arab Emirates.

5. Spam protection

Enquiry forms are protected against automated submissions. Two of the checks are entirely local to your browser: a hidden field that people never see and automated scripts fill in, and a check that the form was not completed unrealistically quickly.

Where reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google analyses your interaction with this page to distinguish people from automated traffic, and the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service apply to that processing. The script is loaded only when you begin interacting with a form, not when the page opens.

6. How you used this site

If you send us an enquiry, we attach to it a short summary of how you used this website, so that the person who calls you knows what you were looking at instead of asking you to repeat it. The summary is built in your browser as you read these pages and is sent only at the moment you submit a form. If you never submit one, it never leaves your device.

The summary describes:

• Which visit this is, when you first arrived, how many pages you have read, and how many days passed before you got in touch
• The page you first arrived on, the campaign tags on the link that first brought you here and on the most recent one, and the addresses of the sites that referred you — the address of the site only, never the full link
• Which sections you scrolled through, how far down the page you read, how long the page was actually in front of you, and which button opened the form
• Which gallery images, videos and questions you opened, and how many times
• Your device type, operating system, browser, screen and window size, whether the screen is a touch screen, whether you have chosen dark mode or reduced motion, and the connection type your browser reports
• The languages set in your browser and its time zone
• How long the form was open before you sent it

What you type is not recorded: the summary knows only that a form was open and for how long. It is assembled by this site’s own code, not by a third-party tracking script, and it does not follow you to other websites. We do not use fingerprinting, and we do not collect or try to infer your gender, age, income or marital status.

So that a return visit is recognised as one, we store a random identifier in your browser — as a cookie set by this site and a copy in its local storage — for up to 400 days. It is a random string that says nothing about you and is not derived from your details or your device. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings, and some browsers, Safari among them, remove it after seven days without a visit; if it is gone, or if your browser does not allow storage, your next visit is simply counted as a first one.

We use this to answer you better and to understand which pages and campaigns bring genuine enquiries. The summary is kept with your enquiry and for the same period, and is deleted or anonymised with it. You can ask us to erase it sooner by writing to hello@coventry.ae.

7. How your information is used

To answer your enquiry: to call, message or email you about the project you asked about, to send the presentation or floor plans you requested, and to keep an internal record of the enquiry and the consent given. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your enquiry is transmitted to Coventry's customer-relationship system. The developer of a project you have specifically asked to reserve or view may be told that you are a client of Coventry for the purpose of that transaction.

8. Consent

Two statements sit above the submit button. The first — agreement to this policy and to the Terms of Use — is required. The second — consent to be contacted by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry — is optional, and clearing it does not prevent you from submitting. Both are recorded with your enquiry, in the exact wording shown to you at the time and in the language you read.

You may withdraw consent, or ask us to correct or erase your information, at any time by writing to hello@coventry.ae.

9. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed brokerage, and are deleted once both of those purposes have been met. You may ask us to erase your record sooner by writing to hello@coventry.ae.

10. Changes

This policy describes the enquiry forms as they are built. If the fields collected change, this page is updated at the same time, in every language the site publishes.
