1. About these terms

This site is published by Coventry, a Dubai-based real-estate brokerage acting as master broker for Mira Developments. By using the site or submitting an enquiry through it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Marketing material, not an offer

The projects shown here are off-plan developments. All images are computer-generated artists' impressions; layouts, areas, finishes, specifications and amenities are indicative and may change as the design and construction progress. Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to treat, or a contract, and no statement here forms part of any subsequent agreement between you, Coventry or the developer.

3. Prices, areas and dates

Prices are stated "from", in the currency shown, and are correct as at the date noted on the page. They are subject to change and to availability without notice. Areas are indicative and measured to the developer's own standard. Handover dates are the developer's current programme and are not guaranteed by Coventry.

4. Investment, tax and residency information

Figures relating to yields, rental income, taxation, residency permits and market performance are provided for general information, come from the developer or from published sources as at the date shown, and are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Any guaranteed-return arrangement is a contractual undertaking of the developer, not of Coventry. Residency and tax treatment are assessed by the relevant authorities in each individual case. Take independent professional advice before committing to a purchase.

5. Enquiries and contact

When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the details you give are your own and are accurate, and you accept that Coventry will use them to respond, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not submit another person's contact details without their permission.

6. Intellectual property

The renders, plans, brand marks and text on this site belong to Coventry, to Mira Developments or to their respective brand partners, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. The Trussardi and Mira Verde marks are used with permission for the marketing of these projects.

7. Third-party links

This site links to services operated by others, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and the spam-protection and country-detection services described in the Privacy Policy. Coventry is not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it stands. To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, Coventry accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here, and asks that you verify anything material to your decision directly with a consultant before you act on it.

9. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Pages, projects and availability may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time, and a project shown here may be sold out or released to a different specification by the time you enquire. Access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

10. Acceptable use

Please use the site only for the purpose it is published for: reviewing project information and contacting Coventry. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its security, submit automated or bulk enquiries, harvest contact details from the pages, or reproduce the content on another site or listing portal as your own.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site and the projects it covers change. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies to that use, so please read it again if you return after a long interval.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of the site or an enquiry submitted through it, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Where a property purchase proceeds, the purchase contract with the developer governs that transaction and states its own governing law, which for a project located in Georgia is normally Georgian law. Nothing in this section removes any protection available to you under the mandatory law of the country in which you reside.
